As a CRO focusing on rare disease, we are delighted to support EURODIS’s 12th international Rare Disease Day. Taking inspiration from the official campaign suggestion of recreating the Rare Disease Day logo, our staff enthusiastically joined in to produce two canvases made from hundreds of individual handprints.
The final recreation of the logo on one of our canvases.
Our colourful canvases travelled more than 200 miles around the UK from our offices in Slough to our purpose-built clinical research campus in Wales, where more eager colleagues lined up to get stuck in with their hands covered in paint!
While all enjoyed getting involved for a good cause, it was also an opportunity to discuss some of our own experiences with rare disease, whether through work or more personal family connections.
As specialists running rare clinical studies, it has been vital to build pivotal relationships with patient groups, investigative sites and key opinion leaders. We have been fortunate enough to work with some extraordinary companies developing treatments for rare diseases, and as a boutique CRO we are able to remain closer to the science and in turn, more connected to patients.
Please join us in supporting EURODIS’s 12th international Rare Disease Day.
