Client feedback
At Simbec-Orion, we always strive to deliver the best service we can, and the feedback we receive from our clients is instrumental in helping us prioritise investment in our services, reward our employees and identify areas to improve.
Every two years, we invite our clients to share feedback in our Client Satisfaction Survey. Not only does it help us identify where we can improve our project delivery, but it also offers our clients the opportunity to nominate any team members they would like to recognise for our rewards and recognition program.
2024 Client survey metrics
We were thrilled with the results of our 2024 survey. Generally, clients felt Simbec-Orion met their expectations (50% of respondents), but 37.5% of respondents said Simbec-Orion exceeded their expectations.
Staff recognition
For the first time in 2024, we asked respondents if they would like to nominate staff members for our Rewards and Recognition program.
