Lisa Gealy is Vice President, Head of Finance at Simbec-Orion, where she leads financial strategy, reporting, and operations. Since joining in 2018, she has been instrumental in enhancing financial governance and supporting the company’s growth.
Previously, she served as Group Financial Controller at Simbec-Orion and held senior finance positions at Mitie, including Head of Group Reporting. Lisa began her career at KPMG and also gained sector experience with Hanson UK.
A Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Lisa brings over 15 years of financial leadership across professional services, infrastructure, and life sciences.
