Christopher Jeans

Qualified Person

Christopher Jeans joined Simbec-Orion in 2007 as a Research Pharmacist and has also held positions as Head of IMP Management and CMC Consultant. He has been named as QP (Qualified Person) on our Manufacturer’s Authorisation for IMPs since Jan 2015. As such, he is responsible for certifying that batches of IMP have been manufactured in accordance with national legislation, GMP and the CTA. In 2024, he was also named as QP on our EU MIA(IMP). He oversees the Pharmaceutical Quality System and provides quality and regulatory consultancy, and advice, to clients.
