Charlotte is the Director of Legal Affairs and Company Secretary at Simbec-Orion, where she leads the Contracts Department and is responsible for corporate governance, contractual negotiation and implementation, and data protection compliance.

Since joining the company in 2016, Charlotte has held a series of progressive roles, contributing significantly to the optimisation of contract management processes and aligning legal operations with strategic business objectives.

A qualified solicitor, Charlotte began her career in private legal practice before transitioning to in-house counsel roles. She brings a wealth of experience across both private practice and corporate environments.
