Each year, we invite our clients to participate in our Client Satisfaction Survey. This invaluable feedback not only guides us in improving project delivery but also gives our clients the opportunity to spotlight outstanding team members through our Rewards and Recognition program.

We’re proud to share some key highlights of our 2024 Client Satisfaction Survey:
- 100% of sponsors surveyed agreed we were dedicated to delivery, flexible and transparent
- 93% of sponsors surveyed were satisfied or very satisfied with their experience working with Simbec-Orion, with the remaining sponsors neutral
- 92% of sponsors surveyed reported that we met or exceeded their expectations, demonstrating consistency in our service delivery
- 86% of sponsors surveyed thought their experience working with Simbec-Orion was better than other CROs, and would work with us again (the remainder either had a neutral stance on CRO selection or found their experience with Simbec-Orion comparable to other providers)
